Creating forms influenced by nature, Gill's sculptural pieces represent a captured movement, a flowing form stretching or curling.

She uses traditional silversmithing tools using the ancient process of raising and sinking metal with a variety of hammers and stakes and the relatively new discipline fold-forming pioneered by Charles Lewton-Brain.
